Seniors Outreach Programme: Music Appreciation

We are excited to offer these exceptional performance-based workshops as part of the outreach programme this year. The workshops will be given by Finn MacGinty (singer/guitarist) and Deirdre O'Leary (clarinettist). Both musicians are based in Cloughjordan, Co. Tipperary and are involved in the National Concert Hall's 'Health in Harmony' programme.

Kindly sponsored by Ballysheehan/Kildangan Stud

Schools Outreach Programme: Army Band

On Tuesday, 15th November, the Army Band will play in Halla na Féile for students from the local primary and secondary schools.

During this interactive session, they will listen and learn about the composition of the different sections of the band, the role of the conductor and the compilation of a performance programme.

Schools Outreach Programme: Irish History Live

History will be brought to life when Michael Moylan of Irish History Live visits 11 of the primary schools in and around Cashel this autumn.

Rather than putting history behind dusty glass in a museum, Irish History Live brings history before your very eyes with vibrancy, encouraging interaction and enabling you to actually handle replica historical artefacts.
