Craft and Food Fair with Entertainment 2011
Drumming Performance and Workshops with Jabba Jabba Jembe
Browse the stalls, taste the best of local produce and enjoy the entertainment in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. For young and old alike, there will be more than enough to sample and buy at this Craft and Food Fair with a difference.
The ninth Cashel Arts Fest will be officially opened at 3.00pm
Entertainment throughout the day:
11.30am : Cashel Brass Band
12.15pm and 1.30pm: Puppet Show
2.30pm: Tipperary Gospel Choir
3.00pm: Official Opening of the Festival
3.15pm: Traditional Music by Ceol na Leanaí with Sean Nós dance demonstration.

Come along and enjoy a high energy, interactive workshop in drumming.
During this 45 minute workshop you will gain an insight into the cultural background of the instruments and their use in Traditional music. Involving the entire group, you will be taught rhythms and drumming skills in a fun and interactive way.
There will be a free drumming performance before the workshops and all are welcome to attend.
This workshop is kindly co-sponsored by South Tipperary County Council.

Welcome to the Cashel Arts Fest website. Cashel Arts Fest is a 10 day festival of music, visual art, theatre, comedy, talks, workshops, family and children's events.
Cashel Arts Fest provides opportunities for all sections of the community to engage with a variety of art disciplines in an enjoyable and meaningful way.
The small voluntary committee work hard year round to bring an exciting and varied programme of events to Cashel each November.
We hope you will join in the fun and festivities of our varied programme, which embraces our mission Arts for All.
