The inaugural Cashel Arts Fest, "CAF," made its debut in November 2003.

Now in its 7th year, Cashel Arts Fest has grown and developed into a community festival that will span over 12 days in 2009 - from 13-22 November 2009.

The focus of the festival is to provide a series of platforms and opportunities for all sections of the community to engage with a variety of Art Disciplines in a meaningful and enjoyable way. The festival culminates with a number of formal and informal performing opportunities in which the results of this creative process will be showcased.

The ultimate aim of the festival is to provide a platform for as many people as possible in our community to be creative. The festival sees the involvement of young people - people with special needs, and the elderly, as a primary objective.
